About The Blog

This blog is dedicated to examining the U.S. role in the world. What is the U.S. doing in world affairs? In the past the U.S. role has been reflected in phases of isolationism, engagement, and interventionism. How can we describe the U.S. role today? None of the above or maybe all of the above? To answer these questions we will track breaking news and provide analysis and commentary on events and issues related to the U.S. role in world affairs.
